I'm gonna make smart contract with logic below. 1) When contract deployed on Ethereum, the contract has one authorized address by default. 2) Offer the function to add the authorized. this action should be allowed when it's requested from authorized address 3) Offer the function to write string to contract event. this action should be allowed when it's requested from authorized address After smart contract made, I'll deploy it on Ethereum Ropsten network so that you can test it.
