Long term contract for Web Promotion

Project requirements: Need a company which can accomodate 3-4 workers for a client of mine who has a set of websites which need targeted web promotion. Work ranges from link building, optimisation, submisssion to email marketing, affiliate marketing and any other ethical means of promoting the sites. Sites are based on health, freelancing work, and matrimonial. Payment will be subjected to following terms and conditions: 1) Each worker has to work 8 hrs per day, 26 days per month with 4 holidays. 2) Each worker gets 150 $ per month. Daily worklogs need to be submitted, failing upon which, the day's payment will be deducted. 3) Any kind of spamming or unethical means are to be strictly avoided. 4) A team representative needs to be available on msn and yahoo messenger according to American Standard timings to update client with the proceedings. 5) Payment will be released once 1 month completes and my client is very upfront in this issue. Anyone who is willing to bid on this project has to consider this as a long term project depending on performance. Note: Once client is introduced, I won't be responsible for any kind of negotations or further discussions. Anyone who feels this project is not viable need not bid on it and waste the whole process.
