I need a product that can sense when any device ( particularly Television) is turned on or off The product should be have built in Wifi. It should be sleek in design and small in size. Both hardware and software component for the same is needed. Functioning should work this way 1. When a device is turned on , our servers get to know. 2. The device then displays what we want to show the user before he can use the device. 3. Similarly when it is turned off, our servers get to know and dislpay something we want before switching off completely. Project Price can increase if exact product that we want can be provided.
