Hi i have experience with design and development of 30 KW brushless dc motor and generator.I use industry standard Ansoft Maxwell FEA software to optimize the design and use solidworks for the mechanical design. I can design the generator for you using N52 neodynium magnet rotor ,magnetic steel stator with copper winding.I will give you complete mechanical and electrical design schematics,CAD files,Detailed drawings along with simulation data .I will supply you with complete parts list with supplier details .I will also guide you on manufacturing the generator and performing the winding and electrical wiring.
