I have a completed manuscript at 93,000 words. It is a novel. I am looking for someone to read it, review it, and give me some general responses and insights. I am not looking for an editor per say, but just need a reader's thought on it (on the characters, plot, writing, etc.). I am hoping to publish this novel one day and have in fact contacted other literary agents. However, like most new writers, I have received only rejection letters, so I hope that by having another reader review my novel, they can help me produce a better work (...or raise my confidence). I think what I really desire is to have a discussion and general conversation about the work, to see what works, what doesn't, and so forth. Also...you'll be able to read something interesting in your spare time! I do not have a strict deadline, but generally, on the date the project is accepted, I hope that 2 weeks is a realistic goal. Again though, I am flexible with this. The genre of the novel is literary fiction. Included in this project description is the synopsis of the novel, as well as the original letter of query. The novel is called "The Silhouette of Shadows." Once someone has accepted the project, I will then send them the full manuscript. Thanks!

I am not a hard core reader, I say this because when I am reading a story, I generally don't like long description parts about the situations or the Hero or Heroine's specific looks or what they have worn and stuff like too much details that just increases pages and not the story.
I like to read stories that describes general people's story like we can convince ourselves that yes, this can happen to any of us as a human being.
