Creation of a fake e-commerce

I would like to create a sort of fake e-commerce for my master thesis. The idea is to show a landing page, really simple and essential in which there are different food products (from cakes to fruits), let's say a variety of 20/25 items, with their price and obvioulsy the possibility to add it to the cart. Everything similar to an e-commerce for food, exept for the fact that they don't have to pay. They must have a budget of 10€ to spend as they wanted, (they can decide if use everything or not) and see on the right side of the screen teh cost cumulated. At the end of the operations, when they want can click on the cart with the list of the items selected, and proceed with the "purchase". After have clicked on that button a madatory survey appear with some different question. It's necessary to develop an A/B test on the e-commerce site showing randomly 3 different lay-out: 1) a normal one as described up 2) like the fist one, but there must be a sort of label/pop up in which is written "almost 75% of visitors have bought at least 1 vegetables or a fruit" 3) like the first one but the price of fruit and vegetables have a discount it's important that the visualization of the different lnding page is random for the users. it must work on all the tech devices (smartphone, tablet, computer) I must be able to track the final results on an excel file (how many people bought a certain product, how much they spent, which answer they give etc... in the same way google forms allow to do)
