We are not for sure where do you store the upload and download data on amazon but we will try to give you some suggestions for solution as below : 1) if you store your data on S3 we can use aws-cli to download & upload or use aws api for some programming languages , such as : Php, Python, Java to download and upload . 2) if you store your data on ec2 we can use bash (scp, sftp etc) to download and upload the data.
