Custom eBay auction template

I need a custom eBay auction template designed. The auctions will be the "Buy It Now" fixed price type of auction for custom designed computers. The auction template will need to include a summary of the custom computer system being sold, and then a section listing for each component in the computer system (case, motherboard, CPU, memory, etc). There should also be a spot to upload a picture of each component. The template will need a space for warranty info, shipping info, etc, etc. I currently have a logo for my eBay sales, which I will provide to the winning bidder. I would like the color scheme and design to match that logo, and possibly include the logo in the template. The colors do not have to be limited by that color scheme, but it must match nicely, and give clear prominence to the item being sold. I will provide samples to other live auction listings that have templates that I like to give you an idea where to start from. I will also provide some other guidance that I have around how I want the template to look. The template MUST work with eBay TurboLister, as that is what will be used to launch auctions. Also, the template must be coded clearly, as I may want to edit the HTML myself to add a few things to specific auctions (add a picture in the main body, etc). I'm not a professional web designer, but I can find my way around some simple HTML. I do NOT yet have an eBay store, but eventually I will. So at the moment the template will not have "cross sales" entry of other items in my store, but that will be added eventually, so there will be an opportunity to do more work. Please bid ONLY if you have created eBay auction templates before. There are some specifics about eBay templates that must be followed, and I don't want to spend my time teaching the designer about eBay. Please be ready to provide samples. As this is for a single, simple auction template, I would like to keep the budget around $100, but I may go higher if you have really good samples. I would like to have this project start immediately and be done within a few days. Very good English communications only.
