I have an existing code that currently reads a binary code, and requries to convert to ASCII data but most functions I tried does not reflect the correct data. Work is done via remote desktop, or after reviewing the current codes can write up 1-2 lines solution for me to run a test for conversion. Program is built in .Net. Require freelancer to comment current input codes and run test input data to match the output data. in summary, a 1-2 lines of code to convert 2 sample datas: 12592 to 01 14641 to 19
