Hiring a full-time digital marketer for my team

I am looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist having minimum 3 years of experience to work with my client and my new agency. Please be ready for interviews and this is full-time role only for freelancers. Agency biddings will be ignored. Looking for long term relationship and you will get a fixed salary each month. We will start with a 7 days trial. Trainings and learning resources will be provided to you ( we use Udemy, Udacity, Neil Patel's Academy, Dan Kennedy, LinkedIn and other courses ) Key Responsibilities:- • Manage company website (including all images, tools, and content). • Manage day-to-day messaging/posts. • Conduct and report analysis of site and social traffic. • Post regularly on social media to engage audience. • Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, social media and ads. • Creating strategies and managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation and Mobile marketing to generate higher unique visitors. • Develop and manage tactical campaign plan and calendar. • Employ testing and tracking tools using A/B testing and leveraging services such as Google analytics to improve e-mail and web marketing results. • Set up and manage online campaigns and advertising on all channels. • Track performance data from campaigns to measure success and incorporate learnings in future campaigns. • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness. • Track competitor’s activities and do competitive analysis. • Design and optimise funnels. • Conversion rate optimisation of landing pages. • Automate sales and marketing processes using automation softwares. Skills requirement: • 3+ years of digital marketing experience. • Specialization on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, Pinterest and Quora. • Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation & Marketing and On-Page, Off-Page Optimisation. • Good knowledge on SEO tools (Google Tools, Google Analytics, Goodle Adwords, Google Adsense, Bingads, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz) • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools. • Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools, social media techniques. • Strong analytical, design and creative thinking skills and project management skills • Strategic mind set, with ability to make quick decisions
