Looking for a designer

I am looking to design a unique watch. There are two parts to this. One is the watch face, and secondly the leather belt. The belt will be made of leather but will have beads stitched on top to create unique patterns and colors. Its a traditional Maasai (East African Tribe) style, and will be hand-made in Kenya. I would like to create designs for the belts in terms of colors and patterns - I want it to look sophisticated, yet holding the African cultural theme. My typical target market is both male and female, from ages 18 - 30. I'm pretty much open to the watch face designs styles - I would t like to try out a couple face colors, depending on what goes well with the belt pattern and colors.
