Web scraping in Delphi 2010 or higher

I need a tool written in Delphi (version 2010 or higher) which will scrape people profiles from various websites into a Firebird 2.5 database (needs to check if the record already exists and if yes update it, if no create new). It must be designed in such a way that we can add on multiple websites later, i.e. we will create a modular scraper. Frontend needs the following elements: - a grid (with checkboxes) showing the names of all websites for which we already have scraper modules - Buttons "Start" (starts scraping all selected websites) and "Exit" We also need a parameters file which saves the FDB name, login details and which websites the user selected last time. Will pay 100 USD for the basic version with one website, and then later 30 USD for each additional module. I have up to 250 modules to be created over time. Ideally I would like to find a Russian speaking freelancer but it is not essential.
