Hello, What I will do is analyze all 3 databases and eliminate all records that are not present in all 3. I'm assuming there are some fields in database 1 that are not present in database 2, db2 not in 3 and db 1 not in db 3, and vice versa. I will combine all records present in all databases and append all fields that are present in each. Looking forward to getting some feedback from you soon. darkwind

Greetings! My name is Sergey Murzin, I'm from Kyiv, Ukraine. I have 20 years experience with MS Access. It looks like your problem has a simpler solution then you expect: - the main question is if you'd like to continue daily routines with your databases as before or via a new common interface - this might be the onlly reason to merge the databases phisically. However, MS Access has enough tools to consider diffferent tables from different databases as a single database (a table can be just linked to another database) - however, to consider the data from 3 sources as a singe tool you'd probably need to check it for duplicates first and decide how to manage them if any. To check/manage this a few queries (that may work before/without merging of tables) have to be designed. - as for the export, after the mentioned above, it is the simplest task So, I do beleive that the cost range you specified is a wrong - real one seems to be between EUR 50 and 100. So, please assume it as my offer - if my bid wins then we consider the files and see the volume of work to agree on the final cost. Looking forward for further contacts. Regards, Sergey
