Society Membership Admin & Data Management

Our professional organisation resides in south east asia. Our membership us over 100 and is expected to increase 2 fold each year for the next 5 years. We organise events and awards. We require a professional 3rd party equipment with the requisite proprietory database management software to manage member applications, renewals, issuaunce of certificates and online payments. The vendor will provide a consolidated activity report to the EXCO each month. The vendor is to propose for our acceptance key performance indicators which shall include timely management of application processing and renewal, despatch of certificates and analysis of data. Please note our membership includes non-english speaking members. Our overseas members may converse in Chinese or Bahasa instead of english. Vendors that can manage a multi-language pool are encouraged to bid. The contract would be for 36 months and renewal after 3 years, year by year.
