When someone submits a voice recording onto the map platform, the country that they are in should "flicker" to indicate that someone has recorded. Then, as an audience member, I should be able to click on the flicking country, which will then zoom into the city and the mp3 voice file would be played out. As we zoom out, then the voice would become quieter and we will no longer hear the mp3 file.
As the project involves night-time workers, the map would have to be 'night' and 'day' according to real-time UTC (so if it's 12pm GMT (UTC+0) then it'll be daytime whereas the map will show darkness in Asia as it will be 8pm (UTC+8) in terms of time zones). Check out the short video I uploaded to understand the in-depth idea behind the project.
