I have a WD Passport. Whenever I connect it to my laptop it clicks, and it doesn't appear on my "This PC". Sometimes it appears as "Local Disk" but whenever I click on it my computer freezes. Sometimes my computer doesn't recognize it at all. I need someone who can extract/recover the data for me or someone who can fix the harddrive.
