Steinbeis University located in Berlin is private university of corporate responsible management. With great increase of number of foreign students we noticed need for better managment of students data. Our university started using System of Student Lifecycling Management that includes students administrations (students admission, registration and re-registration. Also, system contains informations about organisation and students data (examinations and grading, students exam records, applications etc. ) We need a virtual assistant who would monitor our system and manage requests from students, providing them necessary informations and forms, uploading and downloading their data, monitoring submission of required documents and track students data in general. Beside that, we expect correspondance between students and professors via email or Skype.
