Looking for a proficient VA capable to maintain professionalism, integrity and work ethic to help maintain a coloring book company. You will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, maintain social media, and outreach. You will work with a work schedule already established (see attachment). The work requires 10-12 hours a week. THIS IS A MUST: You must provide a daily report of your progress. You have to have perfect or nearly perfect written English (American). You must be a creative, proactive and interesting type person. You must be a type of person who doesn't need long explanations. You must work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) You must have Adobe Suite and G-Suite software You must have a smartphone for posting Sample of List of Activities: Prospecting: - Search new contacts for new prospects such as bookstores, gift shops, etc. - Weekly emailing prospects - Email automation management Social Media: - Schedule posts via Buffer and Preview - Post according to schedule - Respond to messages - Community Outreach Influencer Outreach: - Search for influencers - Initiate communication - Implement and maintain strategy Press Outreach: - Search for outlets - Send pitch Website Maintenance (Light work) - Update blog - Update pop-ups, reviews, coupons, etc Type Hola! on your message to know you have read it all.
