1) we need to develop software for ticket raising of Telephone lines, failure , up and down time.
2) It should have the options of
i) New customer addition, name , address, LC ID, location, Link type, media give, hardware details,
ISP provider, etc.
ii) Fault raising should have
Sr. No , Location Name, LC ID , Link Type, Bandwidth, down type , up time, Failure remarks etc
3) Final it should give the output in excel sheet for every month end, with calculation of failure rate %. It should also have a Graphical diagram of each location individually and total % of all locations.
example, there are 3 locations pune , nagpur and mumbai. out of 10 days report.
pune was down for 2 days and nagpur for 3 days and mumbai was having no fault.
so percentage will be mumbai 100% , pune 80% and nagpur 70% and total % uptime is 83%.
