Secure Email Work

I need someone to spend 1 hour per day (Monday to Thursday), going through incoming emails and sorting them into folders. They need to be sorted in a structure as follows: Urgent to do Subheading 1 Subheading 2 Subheading 3 We will have a couple of key subheadings relating to the most common topics. To do not urgent Subheading 1 Subheading 2 Subheading 3 Some other headings. I am open to a better structure if you can suggest one once we discuss the task. I also want the main topics put into a word /excel document sent each day, showing the key tasks with the most urgent ones at the top and a deadline for each of the tasks associated with it based on email. If the deadline is not clear in the mail, then I would like a response sent to ask clearly for the deadline for the task, and more detail on the task if it is not clear. How can this be done considering the email account is confidential? Can some sort of forwarding and automation be set up, can certain details and attachments be removed before you get the mails or replaced with something else. Please bid saying “I can do it and I have done it” if that is true, and I will accept you for the job, if the rest of your detail in your bid looks good. Once I accept your bid, you will get 5GBP just for telling me how it can be done. So that’s what this project is for. Request to do the job, if you know you are the best. It will be 5GBP if I select you for this project, and will want you to describe how you can do it. So if you have done or are doing this sort of work, and can explain to me how it can be 100% secure, you will be offered the actual project. How much will the ongoing work cost? I have not suggested any way to make this secure, even though I have knowledge on this, this is so I can find the best candidate.
