Research Assistant - Help catalog and summarize articles, gather and format data -- 2

I need some help with an graduate level academic project. The basic tasks are as follows: 1) Organizing existing database of articles. I currently organize my article database using software called Mendeley. The software recognizes and catalogs documents automatically but frequently cannot read the valid data properly, leaving out or making errors in the summary data that it collects. I hope to be able to give you direct access to the database or export my copy to you along with the files so that you can help ensure that each article has the right summary information stored (title, authors, journal information, abstract, keywords) 2) Helping to categorize database into subcategories. I will give you a list of categories into which the articles need to be placed (this can hopefully be done by adding specific words in the keywords section of the database software. I will give some tips regarding how to determine what kind of articles go where 3) help me find articles that support certain arguments I am making in my paper. These articles may or may not be contained in my current database. You can use google scholar or any other tool to find the document information and I can access it through my library online. 4) help me pull together some data that is scattered around the internet and/or might require sending some emails on my behalf. Those are the major tasks. There is more if all goes well - this project is likely to last a few months and I don\'t mind paying for several high-quality hours of work per day. You will be given access to the documents through dropbox or Mendelay database online.
