Data Entry Clerk

Description: The Data Entry Clerk will collect, maintain, and organize data and documentation in order to support the activities and outputs of the CAP work stream. This position is responsible for maintaining clean and accurate data as well as providing lists and reports of the data. Essential Job Functions/Duties Ability to consolidate and organize large amounts of data into a central database Ability to maintain accuracy when data is received from multiple sources and create reports as needed. Coordinates with internal customers to obtain data necessary to complete assigned projects. Maintains and organizes data for easy retrieval and distribution. Must have strong organizational and analytical skills Performs additional duties as assigned to support section assigned. Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization Must strictly adhere to safety requirements Maintain regular and punctual attendance Must maintain company quality and quantity standards Must have effective oral and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements Associates degree with 2-3 years experience Relevant experience with data entry Excellent computer skills including skills with large databases desired Must be comfortable working with and adapting to constantly changing requirements and priorities Must be highly detail oriented Must be able to coordinate multiple projects at one time effectively, efficiently and independently Intermediate Microsoft office skills required Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel While we thank you for your application, only those qualified will be contacted.
