Hi I want a database that we can input the people who interact with us on Facebook to calculate the best interactive person monthly. The Database will have information about: 1- Posts : including : date of the post, type of the post, reach, text, and many other info for the post. 2- Employees Info : including : Employee name, phone Number 3- Interactivity : including : likes , Comments and shares The employees will send screen shots of their activity on whats app and we will enter this action to the database. Note : considering the duplicating of employee name , maybe he/she sent screen shot for sharing a post and another day he/she sent another share so should the another share added to the count of the previous share when we enter the new one. The interactivity and input will be for each post. What the database will use? How much will cost?

Hello, I could create an Access database for you with two tables one for employees and one for posts. When you enter a new post you would select the employee from a combo box. If you need to edit a post, for example, it has been shared again I would create a form where you can search for a post by a specific employee between two dates. This will then provide a list of posts from which you can select the one you need to edit.
