Customer Service (Regular Appointment Scheduling Data Entry) The Job Customer Service - Inbound Phones Answer calls from our partners and clients to assist with assignments. You'll have to be great with numbers, finding the assignment they are calling about from a list of thousands of assignments, and you'll have to communicate to our group chat and make outbound calls to solve problems. Scheduling - Data Entry (Phone/Text/E-mail) You will receive jobs that need to be filled, typically by email. Your task is to check the unfilled jobs and identify staff who might be able to cover the job. You shall make use of e-mail, phone and SMS to contact our staff to ensure they can cover it. Upon finding a successful match, you shall update our database and send an email confirmation. Please note that you should be comfortable making phone calls and chasing people to get the jobs filled. You'll be expected to send 15-20 emails per hour in your first week. Thereafter you'll be expected to increase this to about 30 emails per hour. This is a busy job with absolutely NO down time.
