Create interactive and fillable PDF's templates

I run a concierge company and I like to present my proposals/quotations/services in a certain way where my brand gains recognition and pondus. I want to have a certain template to follow where I can add text plus pictures and all the services/properties/boats/ other stuff we offer can look kind of the same but of course following some guidelines for each specific service. The most important is that my team or anyone that deals with this can be able to follow this template and create a new pdf by adding pictures and editing the text. Normally it will be done via word and sometimes people that are in my team don't know how to do this which cause a waste of time and the product suffers. I'm bad at explaining stuff when the person is not next to me so I've done some research on how I want the templates/forms to be. The person dealing with this project will access this and work with me very closely to develop the templates. I want: - Interactive Brochure templates - Fillable pdf's. - PDFs templates that I can follow to add stuff in my portfolio to make sure all my properties, cars, services look all the same and follow the same structure as the other ones. This to enhance brand recognition and for my team to follow a certain template to add new stuff to the portfolio. I might be wrong but I found some stuff that relates to my idea and I need now an expert that can design this and guide me. I want a person that can analyze the content given and understand how I want the templates to be. It has to be Classy, luxurious and simple.
