I have a number of Excel spreadsheets that need updating. I would like to supply you with complete data it, starting with Gold Coast, East of Brisbane and West of Brisbane. I will supply you with my current lists which you could use to check each suburb and each website. The data I'm working off is over a year old so I would like the new people contact names as well as the new companies within the list of suburbs that I supply to you. I am only interested in the contact details of senior staff within these companies so - Principal. Managing Director. Department Head. Senior Property Manager. Management/Manager. Owner. Team Leader. If the company is small and only has 1 or 2 contacts then Licensed Real Estate Agent is ok. I'm wanting to work with someone for the long term so this data will need to be renewed every 6 months or so. The first section is only part of the job which I would like to be complete within 2 weeks. It is very important that you are able to find the new companies, you could search for them via REIQ, Google search real estate companies in specific suburbs or any other way you could think of. I have supplied an example of how I would like the data compiled but I can supply complete information to you once instructed. For the first 3 areas (Gold Coast, East of Brisbane and West of Brisbane) - my current data is around 1000 contacts. That should help to give you an idea of how long this job will take. This number could be higher or lower after your work but it is very important that new companies and new people are found and updated on my list. Thanks
