Need SEO Expert for Advices

I need an expert in SEO to advice me on a few things. I have knowledge in SEO but just basic and some advance stuff and there are a few questions I would like to ask. Questions like : 1. How to check my website rank for certain keywords 2. How to build up backlinks 3. On-site SEO needs (including plugins and how to setup) 4. Will show sample of a website and you review if everything is done in order And a few other questions.. I am not new in SEO but I guess I'm missing a few important knowledge. Requirements : 1.
