loan investment

Our project is a 3500 m2, 2 floors, assisted living structure. We need a basic floor plan laying out rooms and common areas. This will not be a real building project its being used to calculate finances and returns on such a project so details are not neccessary but it has to be 3500 m2 gross total area. We need a geriatrics area, doctors quarters, laboratory, dining room, cinema room, indoor gym, storage, house keeping staff rooms and healthcare staff rooms. Other than these all area thats remaining will be used to single rooms with a shared ( 2 for 1) bathroom. A sample layout is below. [login to view URL]
