The following information will be required for each lead entry:

The criteria that the organizations need to meet is:
- Minimum 3 employees
- Headquarters located in North America
The contacts must be the decision maker within the organization i.e. they must have a title equal or similar to the following:

- Owner
- Managing Director
- Founder
- Co-Founder
- CEO
- COO

We are looking to develop an on going relationship with someone that can competently compile a database for us and there will be lots more work to follow. We will open up this contract to several people and the person that compiles the best database for us during one 8 hour day will be awarded regular weekly work for us.
