I have a 17 page PDF document that needs to be converted into a Flat file (e.g., headings on the top row, data below). This project is something that should take 2-3 hours if you're proficient (it could take a matter of minutes if you have software). This needs to be done NOW...SUPER TIGHT DEADLINE...if not completed in 4 hours of accepting, you will not get paid. I've attached a sample of the PDF as well as the Excel spreadsheet.
