Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

I need someone to look at the deck plan of a cruise ship and fill in a spreadsheet with details of every cabin listed on the plan. Approximately 1000 rows x 9 columns will have to be filled. I have attached all the files required for this work. The deck plan is uploaded in both PDF and JPEG formats for your convenience.
