A Well platform for work

Hello, I've placed a tentative bid waiting upon a more detailed project description. I am well educated and very much a people person having done customer service work in the past. Could you please provide better details. I reserve the right to raise my estimate or not bill at all pending your information. I don't mean to sound very formal, that's just the legalese I'm supposed to write. I can be as formal or common as I need to be.
