I am starting a new business in taxi fare calculator, the project has been started and near completion however the last freelancer programmer has let me down with the project unfinished so please only apply if are 100% confident on completion. I need 5 tasks to complete the project and get the website up and running. 1, Surcharge increase in percentage on specific given days and hour. 2, Discount in percentage on return fares. 3, A base zone so jobs can be covered within a zone that is preset, i.e miles in radius from base that is preset so jobs can be accepted within this preset zone to anywhere in the U.K and from anywhere in the U.K to the preset base zone that is set. 4, confirmation when a booking can be accepted or refused once a customer completes booking subject to availability before payment is processed, should be accessible by mobile with notification to accept or decline.
