Need help with proper-CSS page now

Lets keep it short. At this very moment I am working on Photoshop, creating a layout for one single page. This page needs to be done now during the night so it cannot and should therefore not be a big project. I need the one who is up just now and who sees this post, and who is available through MSN Live Messenger to put a bid. Cant pay much for it really, but I also don't think its much work. What needs to be done is puzzling the images, centering, proper CSS in other words.
