Glass Blowing Pipes and Accessories For Tobacco/Oil Use

Looking either one or up to three glowblowers for a long term partnership to blow glass products intended for tobacco and herbs. I am launching a website and trying to create a brand as well for the glass products, and these products must be made from Pyrex or COE 33 Borosilicate glass. I want to focus heavily on durability and fancy designs and fine details are not a priority unless you can pull them both off at the same time. You don't need to have a lot of experience, in fact I'd prefer someone with minimal experience or is just beginning to be able to keep my costs to a minimum and not overcharge the customers. So this is a great opportunity to gain experience and future reference if glass work is what you desire to pursue in the future. I am willing to pay a very fair wage but I will probably pay per piece to keep the pay honest on both ends. I can supply material costs up front if needed but we can discuss all of this further if there is mutual interest. I want to keep the product line basic, approximately 5-10 unique pieces. This is something that you could turn into a career of the site grows enough, which is on me primarily, but as long as I have a good product I am excellent at marketing and have the proper capital to fund this company and the marketing required to get it off the ground and growing. I can pay you as an employee under my company with weekly checks or you can act as a freelancer and use the 1099 tax system. Please contact me as soon as possible. The website is nearly published and ready to go and I have the business already registered and logo designed that I intend on attaching to at least some of the larger glass pieces. This is a huge opportunity for both of us. It would be a bonus if you were in Ohio or the surrounding area but anywhere in the US is acceptable.
