Hellooo / Ni Hao, I'm a MIcrosoft WIndows and VIsual C++ Developer and I have to tell you, the Win32 API that WIndows is built on, is written in C++; so it's best to use the Win32 Microphone/Audio functions that come with the Win32 SDKs to create this WIndows 10 Microphone recording application. We can also use WMF(Windows Media Foundation) or DirectX ; both of which support Microphone input selection, control and recording as audio streams.
