I need a Windows application that can be best described as an Application Volume Mixer, akin to a DJ Mixer, with the following primary functions: - Select from existing running applications and display their taskbar thumbnail in the app - Taskbar thumbnail need to have thumbnail controls - Horizontal slider that fades the volumes between the two selected apps - Volume level meters of both apps The application needs to be light on resources.
