I am a PhD in signal processing with more than 25 years of experience, and I think that the system you are developing (JFK numbers / Robertson-Measurement-Tool) is very interesting. However, the description of your job in this post is a little bit confusing: In this post you have written: 'The plan is to distort (fast forward, reverse, etc) the voice signal that says "It's all about angles and distances" '. If, as stated here, this is a fixed distortion (independent of the GUI), why not modify the sound using many audio manipulation software and record the distorted sound to be used when needed? In your other post (https://www.freelancer.com/projects/javascript/JavaScript-Code-Making-Real-Time/details), you have written something else about your job in the current post: "This is the plan: as the user drags around the mouse, drawing a vector, its two defining parameters are passed to the DSP/audio library which will proceed to manipulate the sound volume and pitch. Further audio distortions are planned.". If this is the case, one needs to know also the speed of the car, otherwise, it is not possible to modify the "pitch", because it is changed due to Doppler effect. Actually distance and angle cannot change the pitch; it is changed due to Doppler. It would be nice if you explain more about your project. I will modify my bid after.
