We need experienced writers to take our investment memorandum to the next stage. We have a document intended to be legally biding which serves as a reference for new investors in our company. It also needs to be a sales document and tell our story, capture investors' interest and ultimately sell our company to them. We need freelancers who have experience in writing for an informed audience and who can re write our text if necessary to make our document as captivating as possible while disclosing the information we need to.
