服務範圍 (Scope of Services): 1) 建築信息模擬顧問服務 BIM Consultancy Services  提供BIM管理及策略顧問服務、BIM招標諮詢及協助企業BIM團隊。  Providing BIM Management & Strategic Consulting, Tender Advisory and Assist Enterprise BIM Team 2) 建築信息模擬項目管理服務 BIM Project Management Services  提供BIM模型建立服務、準備及管理BIM Execution Plan及CDE、提供BIM相關的交付及報告。  Providing model development, to prepare and manage the BIM Execution Plan and CDE, organize the regular submission, prepare the BIM deliverable (including monthly submission, clash report, QTO, 4D Model) 3) 建築信息模擬培訓服務 BIM Education  提供的量身定制的BIM培訓服務，提供市場上最相關、最新的信息，滿足您的需求。  To offer tailor-made BIM training services using the most relevant, up-to-date technologies in the market to suit clients’ training needs. 4) 工料估算及製定工程量清單 (Quantity take-offs and Prepare BQ or SOR)  量度工程工料及制訂工程量清單(BQ/SOR)，預測工程量的準確度，從而有助於確定合理的價格。  Adopting BQ/SOR to eliminate this risky situation and to promote the formulation of a reasonable contract price. 5) 合約文件階段 (Tendering Stage) 及 合同執行階段 (Post-Contract Stage)  製定切合實際的初步預算，建議及審視制合約文件，合約條文及工料規格等合約文件。  Preparing preliminary estimates to enable a realistic budget to be established, advising on Contract Documents, contract clauses and specification to suit the special circumstances of the project.  提供準備及審批糧單、量度及制訂工程設計變更清單 (VO), 最終結算, EOT及 L&E報告等。  Providing Construction Project Management, including valuing the work of interim payment, Measuring and valuing variations, Final Account, assisting and evaluating Construction Claims (Extension of Time /Loss and Expense Claim etc.) 6) 設計、計算及制定臨時結構（ELS / 鋼結構） (Temporary Structure design (ELS / Steel structure))  準備臨時結構設計，包括鋼結構和挖掘側向支撐（ELS）設計，提供設計報告，方法說明和技術建議，並在需要時參加會議。  Prepare temporary structure design including steel structure and excavation lateral support (ELS) design with design reports, method statement and technical proposal in supporting site project and attend site meetings if required. 我們的團隊 (Our Team):  Our core team consists of Architects, Engineers and Surveyors.
