I'll create for you 2 photorealistic exterior and 2 photorealistic interior render, for start with your project, i need architectual plans, exterior materials, inspiration views that you want for exterior and interior views, furniture for the interiors, (if you want an specific furniture i will charge 300$ for furniture because i'll modelate this.)
