At Kaskade, we pride ourselves on empowering clients through a series of multi-level business solutions - strong building blocks that drive and sustain growth. # We are looking for full-time Technical Support Specialist (Chat/Email) As a Support Product Specialist you will not only support the customer experience but the support team as a whole with your technical knowledge, product understanding and in-depth system workflow expertise. -Provide a world class experience to all current customers who are in need of support, troubleshooting, inquiries, concerns, product knowledge and adoption. -Mentor and assist the customer support team with email and chat-- specifically those more technical in nature and those that require a deeper product knowledge. -You will take the lead on more technical inquiries and in coaching the team on more technical issues. -You will work with leaders of the support team on system consolidation, process refinement and workflow improvements.

I read the opportunity of this job post for with great interest and would like to learn more about it. To give you a brief overview of my skillset – I have been with BPO Industry for 10 years and have contributed to various roles IT Roles. I worked for a broadband account from 2009 to 2011. After that I worked for Microsoft under SITEL from 2011 to 2013. I transferred to ECE as a Level 2 Technician from 2013 to 2015 and switched to JET as an Order Processor and got promoted as a Supervisor from 2016 to 2018. I went back working from home from March of 2018. I am a Microsoft Certified Technician and Associate and has a lot of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Data Entry and I am also knowledgeable in using Zendesk and Netsuite.
