Technical advice on UV-Acrylic Nail Gel project

I'm working on behalf of a venture backed start-up in London looking to develop a new gel nail "sticker" which will replace the conventional manicure. This involves printing a layer of UV setting acrylic nail gel on top of a film which has a pressure sensitive adhesive, allowing the user to position it on the nail bed where it can remain for 10+ days. The team have in-house screen printing capacilty to layer the gel resin components, and have identified suitable release films. Crucially, they now require a suitable adhesive that can be printed on a release film in a low tech manner (pad printing, screen printing) and preferentially adhere to a UV cured polyurethane gel which is layered on top. Once the acrylic gel is peeled off, the adhesive would remain attached to the acrylic gel, forming a "sticker". A diagram of the potential manufacturing process is described in the attached file. We are looking for a skilled chemist/cosmetics formulation expert with experience in films and acrylic resins to: 1. We are looking to identify a suitable pressure sensitive adhesive or film which would suit this need. This would likely be a 3 layer film comprising a facestock, PSA, and a release liner: Facestock - Very good adhesion qualities for UV curing acrylic gels, able to be laser cut PSA - Acrylic based, approved for skin contact, water and temperature resistant, 10+ contact possible Liner - White clay paper (siliconised/PE coated for release) Would you be able to identify suitable commercially available "off the shelf" solutions, or be able to point in the right direction of a customised option? 2. We are looking for advice on the selection of acrylic gels for this process 3. We are looking for advice on the manufacturing process to create the finished product
