need a person with some experience to project manage a home renovation project, and bring it to closure by 1Sep. this will be 40 day project. locals within 5km only, and the person will be paid 25K if work is not completed by 1Sep, but if they can plan, and coordinate and complete work by 1Sep, a bonus of 25 k shall be paid.
