Skype bulk group/user messaging app

Hello, We are looking for a simple desktop app that will allow us to send message in bulk to all the specific groups we have created. Settings: Skype authorization Tab1. In the app, we add users / group names, ids etc or whatever means it allows us to specify which groups and users we want to add for bulk message. We can keep adding more to the existing list. Tab2. We copy paste OR type a message (formatted) and hit send It will then send that message to all those groups / users we have in Tab1 only. We should also be able to use personalization tag. eg {{name}} and it will address to one of the group member. We may need to define this name when adding the group. We will own full rights of this application, source code, and everything related to this project including work done by you. You also agree that you will not share the project details with others / showcase them anywhere.. 6. 100% Payment will be made via escrow only and will be released after completion of the project.
