I am looking for a .Net web developer to develop a very basic RESTful API that has a basic authentication (password securely stored somewhere, not hard-coded in the code) to make it secure. At the moment, the only API method I need is something that queries a SQL Database (call a stored procedure) and return the result set as an array. You will need to provide a setup project to create an msi to install the web service on IIS in a specified website and application pool. Please note that you will need to provide the full visual studio solution (source code) as part of the delivery.
