Need a Window's Application Project CRM tools

I need Window's based CRM software Application. Below are the key feature's for this application 1. User can send SMS short code through SMS, whatsApp or call 2. These codes will be converted into leads and go in a QUEUE either azure service bus or other queue service provider and the same lead will be store in database, again any database provider can be user, preference is cloud provider 3. Need a user Interface which will be a window based application where these leads will be pulled based on code entered by the user every code indicates unique service, which will be shared later using a window interface user can take printout these after completing it can acknowledge and update those records in the database. Microsoft Technologies stack is desired.
