I have an old app that was used for creating an xml file, by taking a text file template with data values and formatting them in an output xml file.... BUT I recently changed my output format... SO... I need a NEW similar app that grabs values from a text file and creates a different output xml file. Summary: The New app would grab the template and take the values and place them in proper position in the output xml file, just like the old app did. Conclusion: My output file format has changed, so I need a new app that works the exact same way as my old, but formats to the NEW output file. I have attached the old App for your review. Also attached: 1. The old app xml output file called "[login to view URL]" 2. The new xml output file called "New input" - that I need you to design for. 3.
