creating two matrix(ex:a and b of order 3x3) file and encrypt them. using Microsoft seal I'm performing addition , subtraction and multiplication on it and saving the result in encrypted form. microsoft seal is installed in visual studio and output should be generated and mathmatical model should be created regarding the process of generating output with report.
