The scope of project is large. Developer has to put lot of efforts in designing the screen so that end user gets good user experience. Also the application should be responsive. I have been developing Windows based application using WPF from last 8 years. Extensively worked on framework like PRISM and patterns like MVVM. Handled complexities of various levels and provided appropriate solutions to customer problems. Following is the roadmap for project execution, 1. Understand the workflow and domain. 2. Design the application and try understanding the risks which could delay delivery time, impact application performance. Finalize the requirement. Break the application in separate modules. Understand the dependencies of each module. 3. Design database. 4. Design and develop user interface for each module. 4. Start coding and testing each module. 5. Once UI is ready then start with Reporting part. 6. Perform load testing. 7. Perform integration testing, where we test entire application for all possible business workflow. Milestones will be created for each phase and I shall be interacting with customer daily. Also I shall providing demo to highlight the development progress during each milestone meeting.
